    I was in the hub the other day and an elderly fella was at the counter. The rudeness he received from the member of staff was uncalled for. Just because one bag of change had a euro in it and then his bank card wouldn't work. Perhaps they need to go to charm school.

    For a banking hub not to have any cashpoint and and the to show the post office sign and not take any small parcels is as far as I’m concerned totally pointless and useless

    The reason for only 1 star is that you cannot pay or withdraw money with a nationwide card. The idea of a banking hub is therefore of limited value.
