- SGSten GoranssonSep 19, 20265.0Great service! I have had an issue with my Barclay card since 2020 (not getting statements via the app). I have communicated with the customer service at the bank, again via the app but the problem remained. I was asked to write to the head office which I did two yeast ago. Again no results. I went to the hub just after they opened and Bev took on the task and contacted various people within the bank and within 45 minutes, it was all sorted!

Needed to deposit some cash into my HSBC bank account but disappointingly, the banking hub doesn’t open on weekends. I expected it to open on a Saturday (at least for a half day). I work during its hours of operation so to be honest, it’s useless to me.
