I thought Sarah was really helpful and customer focused. Unfortunately she gave me incorrect information. I visited PO travel to ask to renew my travel card as due to a cancer diagnosis and treatment I cannot travel abroad before expiry 10/25. Sarah issued me a new travel card and told me to phone the customer service to transfer the funds from old card to new. When I phoned I was told I could just have set my old card up for auto renewal for 3 years. So now I have transferred the funds I put on the new card back to the old card. I had no need to open a new account. Why did Sarah not know this? I want to keep the post office open, but you need to have up to date advice and information for customers. Thank you

I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Sarah, who served me today at Romsey Post Office. While getting Euros, she told me all about the Post Office card you can take away on holiday, that you don't pay any extra money for if you use it as a debit card abroad. This is unlike my bank, who I discovered will charge me 2.99% for everything I use my debit card for whilst abroad... So, thank you Sarah, you were so helpful, so informative, so friendly and great to talk to about it as you know so much. You have a fabulous person there Romsey Post Office and I hope you let her know this too!

Took in a stash of foreign cash from historic trips. Sarah at Romsey was most patient in deciding what was or was not viable.
