- IAIain AltonApr 4, 20251.0Every time I go in to use the post office in the evenings (I work 5 to 6 DAYS a week) I get told "post office is closed" even though it clearly states open till 22.00 on every web site you go on. I wouldn't care if it was a separate counter and staff. Seems to me they just close it when they feel like it.
- KHKimberley HarrisSep 20, 20211.0Ignorant staff who walked off mid-transaction because another member of staff interrupted him. When I asked him to come back and finish serving me (because I was carrying a disabled child along with her medical equipment) he moaned that he should be on his break. The second member of staff then attempted to touch my child who was clearly clinically vulnerable (wearing an oxygen cannula) and I had to yell at her not to touch her. I don’t know what I’m more disgusted with - the utter disregard for customer care or the sheer idiocy of trying to touch a stranger in the middle of a pandemic.
