Went here at 15:30pm on 25/03/26. Male customer serving at the post office counter had an extremely horrific attitude, the way he spoke to me was absolutely disgusting. I was polite to him throughout the whole interaction and I was shocked by his very rude behaviour. Zero customer service skills. Description: male with a beard wearing a turbin, serving at the post office counter.

I have had the same experience with unhelpfullness and rudness. It does seem to be with a particular gentleman I would think is likely the owner. He makes a person feel like they are beneath him. I think if you want to be a front facing retail/service business then you should be far more courteous and engaging to your clients. The rest of the staff seem fine. We have stopped using them for things like stationery purchases, etc. Such a pity, but if you want my money then at least make me feel welcome.

Exchange rate is very bad... I went to Richmond and exchanged about the same amount and their exchange rates were a lot better.
