Since change of Manager/Lessee the standards around waiting time have dropped significantly. Never enough staff, no machines working and much longer time spent at busy times of the day.

ive would love for that post office area to have a complain book ! the client service is so! sooo bad ! all if not most of the ladies that give the customer service are so rude with the clients ! i was got treated rude and a gentleman making line , let people pass him by to go to a specific cashier because say they other treat him so bad, somebody do something please

Do I need to bring identification if I'm buying or exchanging currency in a branch?
If you are buying currency and paying by card then you will need to bring one of the following;
Valid passport
Valid UK or EEA photocard driving licence
EEA identity card
