Need much better signage to know what's where, parcel pickup or post office. Staff just constantly yelling at people in line as if it's obvious who can do what.

Beware of postage markups. I purchase international stamps in bulk and every time I buy the price goes up. Today I was charged a higher price again and when I questioned it the guy insisted it was right. I checked the price with Royal Mail website and saw he overcharged me 10p a piece. It wasn’t worth the hassle of walking back to argue over £1 but I won’t be purchasing here again.
