    The girl is Cirencester is a lovely helpful girl and is great when she is there,however my review is 1 star due to the amount of times I have tried to purchase money and no one is there at all!Twice this week I have been to get money, both, Tuesday and Wednesday and no one manning the exchange! I understand staff get sick but the company need to have back up when this happens! Further to this the opening times need to state proper times, including when it is closed during staff breaks, I have also attended several times when staff were on lunch etc so these need to be stated in the opening hours.

    PLEASE EXCUSE CAPITALS I AM VISUALLY IMPAIRED. WE HAVE GOT OUR TRAVEL MONEY ON TWO RECENT TIMES NOVEMBER 2024 AND MARCH 2025. NIAMH HAS SERVED US ON BOTH OCCASIONS. THIS PLEASANT YOUNG LADY IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNOWS HER PRODUCTS EXTREMELY WELL AND HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.
