  Barclay's representative Gosia, on Fridays, is particularly responsive and helpful. I very much appreciate being able to speak to someone like her on a face to face basis. I detest the pervasive automation trends of banking services and have withdrawn accounts from Nationwide because of this.

  Lorraine was so helpful and took her time explaining all options when I attended Barclays Bank at the community banking hub. The hub provides a relaxed, private environment and saved the trip to Belfast.

  Nothing but good things to say about this place and in particular personal bankers Gosia and Lorraine.Nothing was too much trouble , really helpful practical advice regarding different accounts etc.Would thoroughly recommend this community facility like having your own bank manager readily available and in my experience with no queue.
