Now a Family Shopper store incorporating a Post Office, have used this store a number of times recently to buy lottery tickets. Unfortunately on this latest occasion, the male proprietor working behind the main shop counter looked at me at least three times whilst I was in the queue, looking at me as though I was some sought of criminal, then he got really agitated after I dared to complain about it - this @ 11.00am on a Wednesday. Absolutely shocking treatment of a mature regular customer. Well, this is one customer who won't be returning, and I shall buy my £20/£30/£40 or £50/week worth of lottery tickets elsewhere in Winton. W H Smith's is a good place to start, with extremely pleasant staff. Nice pleasant staff vs unpleasant shopkeeper - its a complete no-brainer really.

It is always a pleasure to deal with the ladies in the post office. They will help you with postal matters and are the nicest people as well.

The lady behind the post office counter didn't know how to top up my travel money card. I went away without topping up and had to go to another post office. She wasn't polite and blamed the problem on the card not working. It worked fine when I went somewhere else. She was quite hoity toity and rude as well. Not a nice experience.
