I was feeling very stressed as I needed to do a large CHAPS transfer to buy a house, which ABSOLUTELY HAD to be in the vendor's bank before the close of business. I was stressed and anxious, but Alex was fantastic - she was kind and empathic as well as being efficient and diligent. The payment went through in time and we now live in our dream home! Thank you Alex for seeing me through a stressful time with such kindness and caring. Having Barclays Hub in Sidmouth and being able to conduct such an important transaction supported by a 'real person' rather than on the phone or using an automated system made all the difference. Thank you Alex - thank you Barclays!

What was the point in this banking hub, other than lip service! Absolutely crap and very frustrating! A lot of cost for nothing!
