You can buy in-store over the counter or call us on 0331 630 3200 to order over the phone. You can order online using our Click & Collect or Home Delivery service. Please note, that a minimum order of £200 applies to all orders taken over the phone.

For Click & Collect orders, we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection in-store. We hold most major currencies like the Euro and US Dollar in stock, so we anticipate these orders will be ready for collection within 1 working day. Other currencies may need to be ordered and ready for collection within 4 working days.

No, all travel money orders are commission-free.

Sending money via Western Union is easy, you simply complete the Send Money form in-store.   You’ll also need:  – A valid ID  – The applicable funds (including the transfer fees**)  – To know the receiver’s location and their name (as it is on their ID)   If you’re sending money via bank transfer, you’ll need to know the receiver’s bank details.  You should know their IBAN, BIC, Account Number, and Bank name.
