  Chris at MyCarCredit was a great help in both finding and securing finance for my new car. He was always available to talk me through everything and the rate I was offered was lower than I could have obtained myself. I really couldn't fault both the service and help that they gave me and I'd have absolutely no problems recommending them to anyone that needs finance for a new car.

  As a first-time customer, I had a very positive experience with My Car Credit. The entire process was straightforward and easy to follow, with clear guidance provided at every stage. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed about the progress of my application. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had. Their support made the experience stress-free and efficient from start to finish. I would definitely recommend My Car Credit to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused finance provider.

  I am usually very sceptical about using companies I don’t know of especially for money side of things, but I just want to write this review and to say THANK-YOU to this company. After having difficulty with my dealership (and also being alot more expensive) with getting finance for a new car this company sorted me out within 1 hour and on an even better deal!!! My consultant was called Christopher! (Even if I couldn’t get through to him whoever else was absolutely lovely) After having a stressful few days with my car being wrote off and having to get a new car, they helped me out so much and eased a lot of my anxiety with keeping me updated with the process! I Cannot recommend them enough and I will absolutely be using yourselves again! Thanks!!!

  I was looking on MoneySuperMarket for car finance and, as soon as car my credit approved, I received a call from Tara Harrison. From the beginning, I felt Tara was quite pushy. I explained that I hadn’t even decided whether I wanted to go ahead with the vehicle yet and wanted some time to think about it. When I eventually decided to proceed, I clearly explained that the advertised price included VAT because it was a commercial vehicle. Tara confirmed this was fine and said she would obtain finance quotes. She later came back with approved figures, which I was happy with. I then received another call from Tara telling me that I had given her the wrong information and that because the vehicle had VAT on it, the figures needed to change and I would need to pay a much larger deposit. I explained that I had specifically told her from the start that the vehicle included VAT and suggested that the call recording be checked. I found her response abrupt and rude, and she accused me of giving incorrect information. I therefore asked for her manager to listen to the call. Tara told me she was going on leave the next day and that her manager would contact me. No manager ever called. When I later rang for an update, I spoke to one of her colleagues who informed me that the finance company had actually agreed to the original figures and deposit amount, and he sent the paperwork for me to sign. The following day, Tara called me asking why I had rang while she was on leave. I explained that she had said her manager would call me, but nobody had. She then responded, “Why, could you not approve the larger deposit?” which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. She then said she needed to check whether the information her colleague had given me was correct. After that, I didn’t hear from her again, although thankfully the finance company remained in contact and the process continued. Overall, I found Tara to be rude, dismissive and overly confident in situations where she appeared to have made the mistake herself. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with her. Looking through other reviews, it seems issues relating to commercial vehicles and VAT have been raised before, which is disappointing.

  Paperwork wasn't fully sent to myself or the car dealership to be signed when it should have. I had to speak to My Car Credit to find out what the delay was and they said I didn't sign some paperwork even though I never received it. Same thing happened with the dealership as they never received the invoice request for the car. My Car Credit also forgot to include VAT in one of the documents, so they had to resend it to me to sign before they could release the funds for my car. All these delays lead to me waiting almost one week to get the green light from the dealership to collect the car. When I called to check if the funds were released, they said that I received an email telling me timings of released funds but I never received that email. I wasn't greatly impressed with the constant delays and My Car Credit blaming the dealership for the delays. Glad that my finance is sorted for my new car but the service of My Car Credit wasn't great
