  While they were certainly very persistent, I can't fault MCC for any part of their service. Sarah was consistent and friendly throughout the process.

  Sarah Simpkins was such a great help, she made sure I got the best deal and ensured I had everything covered. Her communication and reassure is really what stood out for me, would recommend her to anyone.

  Would not recommend, I sent the following email to submit a formal complaint after a week of being messed about and have heard nothing from them since. “Good afternoon, I would like to formally submit a complaint as no one can give me a straight answer or even provide me with an update with what is going on with my loan. I took a loan out of £11,944 with yourselves to pay for a car with Vertu Hyundai Nottingham. You were made aware that the dealership wanted me to collect the car on Thursday 10th and I was assured that would be possible. After a confirmation from both parties on Wednesday 09/09/26 it was confirmed the funds were being sent over and that collection was set for Thursday at 5pm. I left work early on Thursday to collect the car however I then had a call from the dealership saying that they had received a payment from yourselves however it was £999 less than it should have been. This has massively inconvenienced me as I had to miss working hours on Thursday, I had to arrange alternative transport to and from work on Friday, I have also paid insurance and road tax to be started on the Thursday 10th. As yourselves and the dealership know I am now on holiday for a week so cannot do anything about this situation. I am now not going to be able to take calls regarding this while on holiday due to signal limitations with where I am but I also shouldn’t be expected to. My case is being dealt with by Tara Harrison and she has been unresponsive on multiple occasions regarding this. After calling yourselves on Thursday and speaking to a member of your team, he tried to contact Tara but couldn’t get hold of her and told me I would be contacted later that evening with an answer, I received nothing. I sent an email on Friday directly to Tara to sort things out and get some information on what is going on. I have heard nothing about any progress and have since found out from the dealership that no further payment has been made. I find this all highly unprofessional and would appreciate both acknowledgement of this email and a response in terms of what is happening and what compensation I am due.” Would have left 0 stars but there is no option to.

  Good service and interest rate. I did have to call them multiple times for follow ups but I am assuming because it was a weekend. Everything else was smooth
