I pointed out his error so he re-counted, this time coming to the correct amount and then told me I was the one who was confused. I don't think it's appropriate for staff to be telling customers they're confused (especially when they're not) so I asked for his supervisors name. He refused to give his supervisors name or contact details and insisted he was the supervisor and he didn't report to anyone.
