I booked an appointment on Thursday 28th August 2025. I was greeted by Joseph who was extremely helpful and patient with me. He sorted out my queries quickly and easily. He is a credit to your organisation.
I would like to add that it took over 2 weeks to get an appointment to see Joseph.
Thank you
