  As a "Barclays" Hub, they are useless. I've been in there for several different things since they opened and I always get told the same thing. "We cannot do a thing for you, it is only Barclays on a Monday". I need a new card as I lost mine around the house whilst feverous and bedridden for over a week. last week ill, this week bank holiday, so the only day it's Barclays is not accessible at all this week. By the time Monday comes around again, I'll have been without a card for 3 weeks, then a week to get a new one delivered. A month without a card is disgusting. I have to keep ordering simple normally cheap things from just eat supermarkets and such, which bump the price through the roof, but I have no choice, they already have my details saved. A 2oz pouch of tobacco, that I usually pay £35 for, I ended up paying £41 just for the pouch (cheapest on there) and 4 delivery, 2.99 service fee. £47.99.. ------------------------------------------ 1: I lost my phone 5 weeks ago. 2: Always been disabled . Reliant on busses, yet busses at least %90 of the time refuse access, as I have an assistance dog with no lead. I put in complaint after complaint and have countless emails stating that "it is classed as equipment, not a dog and the drivers must comply". Yet they refuse to even look at them. It wasn't an issue for 25 years, then the last 5 years they just stopped. 3: I cannot wait that long. Due to tying EE broadband and TV, which when I signed up said first 3 months free, then £33 per month. They charged £8 first 3 months, then sent no bill month 4 and bill on 5th month for £154. they are gone now for breaking contract. Then last month, topped up British Gas electric £99 for the month and for the 2nd time this year, they took 2 payments of £99. I spoke to them in an online chat about returning it, which they said 3-4 days. A week later I had to go Plymouth to get it returned, as I couldn't wait until Monday for the hub. All my bills go out 21st, day after my benefits go in, bar than Council Tax, which only have 3 payment days pm, which for me is the 1st. Due to EE and then British Gas's messing up not being rectified until 5th or 6th, I have missed 3 Council payments. They've cancelled my direct debit and court is the 30th along with a £75 bill for court fees. Thy annoy me already with the stupid payment dates, they will "always"" be the one missed when poop hits the fan, but cancelling my DD is disgusting. The full 3 month £145 was in there ready last time, along with enough to cover the court fee's fortunately, yet they'd cancelled the DD. The way they are behaving is like I owe them thousands.

  As I bank with HSBC I thought I couldn't use the hub as they sadly are NOT part of it. I was amazed to find the staff were extremely helpful and advised me how to deal with my particular issues. I hope HSBC do join the hub in the near future as I'm sure there are a lot of people missing the walk in facilities WITHOUT HAVING TO GO INTO PLYMOUTH. Just for the record you can bank and draw cash even though HSBC aren't there. Thanks again to the staff I met today. Very friendly and helpful.
