I feel very anxious about money and banking related things but I was brave and thought I'd try out the new banking hub for some support with setting up some savings accounts. I was greeted by a really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable man who helped me feel at ease and built up my confidence as I waited to go into see the man from Barclays who was just as kind, helpful, supportive and encouraging. I came out with my money set up in a much better way, my questions answered plus with more understanding that I thought I'd have and helpful things to think about for the future. I felt like a very valued Barclays customer too. I think this new Hub is a brilliant addition to Saltash and I'm very grateful for it! Thank you!

No. Customers of all major banks and building societies can access cash services from the Post Office counter service, whenever the Hub is open:
