- TKtony kaneFeb 25, 20251.0Good luck trying to change money here. Typical wait is 30 minutes just to collect money ordered online. Staff take too much time chatting to customers and counting a few banknotes multiple times.
- JGJ GJan 19, 20231.0Somehow they seemed to short change me £10.00 on exchange! Then told nothing can be done unless they buy them back and reissue which then you will have lost money! Something fishy about it and will never exchange money here again

Wanted to exchange 500 euros but instead was made to wait like a criminal just to be told my drivers license photo doesn't look like me (understandable but its been 8 years since that photo.) Even whilst trying to be patient i offered a photo of my passport which had a recent photo of me on it,but was told that i must bring in the passport. I would understand if i was exchanging 1000s of pounds worth of currency but for 500 euros. Please don't waste your time on exchanging money here.
