  Great to have this service in Risca, where every bank seems to have deserted the place. Also FREE access to my cash! Walked the length of Risca to see that every ATM charges to get your money out. Ridiculous! Walked in here, met by a pleasant colleague who confirmed they could help with drawing cash out. They are working on getting a free cash machine installed at the premises. The more feedback given to confirm this necessity, the better. Unfortunately didn’t get the colleagues name but was very helpful and approachable. Keep up the good work!

  Great Service at Risca Banking Hub!!! The Risca Banking Hub offers friendly, professional service with minimal wait times. Staff are helpful and take the time to explain things clearly, making banking feel personal and approachable. It’s a real asset to the community—especially as more branches close elsewhere.

  Jigna,was very helpful,and welcoming,supporting me through my transaction. How easy and accessible this Banking Hub is . I was saved a trip of having to go to Newport ,as I could do all my banking at Risca Bank Hub .
