- AAAmal Audeh6 days ago1.0Was here yesterday. I thought the rates advertised are not what is actually on the counter. Ordered online and I came next day to collect it is closed! I was not told that yesterday and now have to sit and wait although I have million other things to do! Service was not up to standards. It was like you either accept these banknotes or you do not get your money. It would have been useful to inform the customer the day before. Also, could you please not talk to the customer as if they were below y ou? This haughtiness won't get you anywhere. I also asked about the email alert for cash delivery, was totally dismissed and fobbed off.... Wow, it was the exact opposite in the past. Looks like the change of staff would cost you few customers.

I was at the counter for 15 minutes while two ladies looked inexplicably confused at the transaction of £300 for Turkish lira. No apologies, just an interminable wait while they whispered and discussed this insurmountable problem. Not good enough. Not impressed.What is going on??

If you are buying currency and paying by card then you will need to bring one of the following;
