- AAAmal AudehMay 21, 20261.0Was here yesterday. I thought the rates advertised are not what is actually on the counter. Ordered online and I came next day to collect it is closed! I was not told that yesterday and now have to sit and wait although I have million other things to do! Service was not up to standards. It was like you either accept these banknotes or you do not get your money. It would have been useful to inform the customer the day before. Also, could you please not talk to the customer as if they were below y ou? This haughtiness won't get you anywhere. I also asked about the email alert for cash delivery, was totally dismissed and fobbed off.... Wow, it was the exact opposite in the past. Looks like the change of staff would cost you few customers.

No apologies, just an interminable wait while they whispered and discussed this insurmountable problem. Not good enough. Not impressed.What is going on??

Do I need to bring identification if I'm buying or exchanging currency in a branch?
If you are buying currency and paying by card then you will need to bring one of the following;
Valid passport
Valid UK or EEA photocard driving licence
EEA identity card
We cannot accept anything other than one of these documents. We may also ask for ID for some cash transactions and we may need to verify your identity electronically while you are at the counter (this is not a credit check). You will need to have a permanent UK residential address in order for us to be able to do this. We will not be able to proceed with the transaction if we cannot verify your identity.

You can load any of the following currencies on to your card. The card can hold up to 22 currencies at once, but they can only be loaded one at a time:
Euro, US dollars, Australian dollars, Canadian dollars, New Zealand dollars, Thai baht, UAE dirham, Turkish lira, South African rand, Swiss francs, Polish zloty, pounds Sterling, Chinese yuan, Czech koruna, Danish kroner, Hong Kong dollar, Hungarian forint, Japanese yen, Norwegian krone, Saudi riyal, Singapore dollar or Swedish krona.
