Very rude staff member working there. The guy he is in age around 50 or 60, have Absolutely no customer service skills. The staff need better training or replacing. Unfortunately, this has happened on multiple occasions and has made visits very unpleasant.

If I could give no star I would , went to exchange some dollars today , a very rude man about 60 years old made me feel belittled ! Spoke to me like a child , was busy on his computer and I felt like I Interrupted him , as soon as I politely asked to change money, he abruptly said YES and muttered away, asked if I had counted it and if not WHY , I an a very polite respectable lady and he made me feel useless, if I wasn't travelling tomorrow I would of gone somewhere else

Promised money I ordered would be in for a specific day and it wasn’t, which left me exchanging for worse rates at the airport last minute. Staff member was rude and wouldn’t believe me when I said I’d had no call to inform me of the delay, let alone any apology or sympathy.

Just been. Woman can’t count. Literally counted same pile 4/5 times and got different results. Left without and went to Asda.
