Absolutely Appalling Customer Service. Staff Have no Manners and etiquettes of speaking to Customer’s. If i had a choice I would give them 0 stars. I went Today to collect a Parcel and forgot to take ID with me. However I showed them scanned copy of my Passport And they responded with Thats not acceptable. If i went anywhere else it would be accepted but they were just being difficult. They are two Indian or Pakistani lady’s i’m not sure which is understandable Apne wherever they are Have no Manners of talking to people. They are too bigheaded.
