Its really made me despise visiting the bank anymore. Gone are the days of convenience. Don't expect to make a quick in and out trip for a transaction. Budget about 20-30 minutes while you sit down and do small talk while trying to make a deposit or withdrawal if you choose to do it in person. I don't know whose idea it was to make the change but it sucks. Used to be a 5 star for me, now 3. I dread going here.
