- ASAutumn SimpsonMay 23, 20191.0When I opened my account 3 years ago with PNC, I was so refreshed to have great customer service in the bank as well as over the phone and online. I enjoyed being a customer so much so that I referred 4 other family members to switching over to PNC. Unfortunately, with the new management of this Woodstock location there have been many instances of miscommunication and many times that the current manager has failed to contact me after a customer service representative stated he would give me a call back . After three failed attempts of not hearing back from the manager , I set up an appointment to speak with him in person. Arriving to my appointment, the manager was already in office with another client , I waited 15 minutes to then be shuffled off to another customer service representative instead of the manager I set up the appointment with. The one aspect of my issue that I came into the bank for could only be solved by a manager , and yet he still did not resolve the issue . I was told that if he did not solve the issue by the end of today that he would solve it when he returns from Vacation on June 3rd . This has stretched out a simple situation that could have been handled within 30 minutes to now not being resolved with month of correspondence. Very unprofessional.
