I visited the location in Tucker, which has been my home branch for a little over 10 years. However, when I came in yesterday, the attitude from Mrs. Caroline, who was at the very front was unacceptable. From the time I walked in, I don’t know what she was going through, but she took her attitude out on me. I came in. I asked a simple question. She made me wait then she said that everybody was booked up. I told her it was a need for me to speak to a banker, basically all bankers were booked and could not see me, which I understand no issues there however, it’s the way she went about it. Her tone with me was very Cressive. I came in with my nephew. He needed to use the restroom. She continued to say he had to wait she has the key all she had to do was walk over and open the door. They do it all the time but when her it was like she had to be in control while she was talking to me, she told me to wait she put her finger up and said wait because another customer came in and she dealt with that customer told him to have a seat and then she came back to me. She didn’t have to do that. She could’ve told that customer to hold a moment while she finished with me. The whole transaction with her and her conversation yesterday was absolutely disrespectful. I’ve been banking with you guys for too long to be treated like scum that’s how I felt when I left the branch to the point where I have been considering pulling my bank account out of PNC and opening a new account somewhere else because of the attitude that this lady gave me yesterday. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a institution before. I was debating do I even write this review or not but I have to because I called three different locations yesterday to make a complaint and basically I was forwarded over to corporate office and I have made a complaint with them as well, but I need somebody from this branch to call me and explain to me why I was treated with this with disrespect yesterday.

Business checking. Do not open account with this financial institution. Service is poor, you will not be able to log into your online banking UNLESS you go in and establish credentials. They will charge off account after 2 mos and bill you the monthly fee on an account they didn't give you access to. Reported a charge off to some 3rd party and now have to resolve with them. I wonder, how are customers able to make deposits if they are unable to log in and didn't receive a checkbook with deposit slips? I couldn't even give rep the account number. I have Contacted Attorney General on unfair business practices. If they have done you wrong I suggest to do the same. Enough complaints they would either change their practices, be fined, or go out of business.

Don’t open an Account with them. Don’t believe to those promotions if you opened this you will receive this. You are going to get nothing and you’ll call multiple time and they still will not find the records. I opened a business account but about to close it because they have done nothing for me never respect something they said and will still called you a liar.Just know that they never tell you the truth. They will try to help and will still waste your time because at the end the results will never be positive. I opened my business bank account and couldn’t have access to my money for weeks(I guess to them I am looking suspicious). The second part is they made me open the account promise a $400 promo and never respected their deal. Beside I even could operate my account, I couldn’t even do my business right, couldn’t pay my employees. It took them months to realize that I ordered a debit card more than 3 times. I ended up driving to a branch where they printed a card for me after 5 months I opened the bank account. Avoid the whole bank.
