I've had nothing but problems since setting up my account from them not even having my correct information on file making it extremely hard to change (yet my in my welcoming folder from when the account was originally created all the information is correct), nearly having to call customer service every 2-3 transactions to unlock my card, transactions/ balances not updating on weekends, the app itself is poorly made and frequently unavailable to see your account overview and customer service is no better when trying to figure out what's going on, will be switching to chase business banking
