- LBLenny BrausinSep 2, 20245.0I applied for a personal loan on line I got approved and was told to just come to the bank to sign the peppers and that was it, the day of my appointment wich I thought it was just to sign the papers I was told that I was supposed to drop off before that day some papers but when they called me to let me know I just need to go and sign the peppers they never mentioned that so i told Sara Eunjoo that I didn't know and that I took time off from work to stop by and sign the peppers and also the closest PNC to me it was 40 minutes very politely she replied let me call and see what I can do. She not only called she took the time to do everything possible to help me sign the peppers and get the loan. So this 5 ⭐ is for SARA EUNJOO thank you very much for your help. PNC needs more employees like you

She took the time to walk through a variety of solutions with me and invested a lot of time that definitely wasn't expected considering I wasn't even banking with them yet. We ended up opening our business checking account at this location for our exterior cleaning company and I couldn't be happier with the process and customer service. I have been with Bank of America for over 25 years, reluctantly, and am ready to make the switch to personal banking here, too. I highly recommend this PNC branch if you're looking for a relationally-driven bank partner for your personal or business finances!
