- KJKay Jay Jones2 days ago5.0EVERYTIME I walked into this establishment I'm immediately greeted spoken to professionally and pleasantly and helped right away Im in and out within 15 minutes even when they are busy this week I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Marshall he was super helpful even giving me advice for a smoother big purchase I came in to get a Cashier's check for. I always tell them how appreciate I am for this branch I have had a pleasant experience with PNC in multiple states and over the phone as well they balance being personal professional and Prompt so well excellent customer service in a day and age where many places don't seem to care value or provide that service anymore 10/10 recommend I have also witnessed the Millue be respectful and patient to elderly also and that means a lot to me

- IDid danDec 16, 20255.0Donye Harrison is the best employee I have ever met. For almost 2 years I've been giving the runaround on retrieving my documents on a closed pnc account. I have mailed my request to the PNC box at Pennsylvania. I have been to multiple branches, called customer service and all I get is the run around until I met Donye who took the time to get me what I needed. Followed up with me multiple times and delivered the best service EVER. Please she needs to be promoted
- GGGo GetterMay 5, 20191.0This bank soooo terrible!!! ATM Machine is always down and online system!! In order to cash a paycheck you have to deposit it into your account untill it clears,BS!!! They allow companies to take money that not in the account and than charge overdraft!! The atomicmatic system is always down!! Deposit money from cash app and automatic system says the money available but the bank system I guess either slow or need to be updated, but not showing deposit on there systems but saying it on the automatic system that moneys was deposited!! I'm going to close my account because this bank is an inconvenience for me and my family!! Like rite now the systems is down WTF!!!
