One single teller handling a room FULL of people, extremely slow and insufficient not to mention they charge TWO percent to cash one of THEIR checks, such a joke. Rude tellers rude bankers and some random lady walking around thanking people for their patience while she sits on her butt doing nothing. Do not bank here!

And the employee asked me where I get this kind of money from that was the first red flag then when I got home my whole account was on fraud hole I contacted the fraud department and they told me the branch put a whole on my account not us I don’t understand why cause I told the employee this is a settlement check that was already verified now my attorney office is asking me while they have to verify twice with the branch if we already did their giving you a hard time. Won’t go to this location again they racial profile you.
