Customer Service… She is Professional, Friendly and Loyal. The company tells you up front all your responsibilities with not hid den fees. They go over the contract and make sure you understand everything in it. You are not rushed, no fast talking, and they repeat everything to make sure you Understands and asking questions are welcome…. The Process is quick and simple.   My experience with Esmeralda was highly professional. She has a detailed knowledge of the service she provides and I walked out of her office knowing exactly what I signed due to her skillfull and simplified explanation of the terms of the loan. It's very helpful knowing how the numbers work and I was able to pay off my loan quickly because of it. I teach people how to do customer service in a skillfully professional manner. Esmeralda nailed it. I just might offer Esmeralda a job with my company.

  Do not trust the 5 star reviews, they ask for a review when customers come in the get a title loan. My review will be from my experience with the company. They will talk a good game to get you into their contract. Talk nice and sweet and act like they can relate to your life situations but when it comes down to it, they are schemers and if you are not careful, they will trick you out of your car by offering you more money but really they are setting you up for two different loans with more interest rates. This happened to me and when I called and asked if I could consolidate my loans into one loan and I was told that I could not consolidate my two loans into one and were very argumentative with me for no reason. I quickly shut her down by asking how much did I owe in total. Let’s get to business I’m not the one to sit on the phone and argue. But I found that very unprofessional and rude of Esmeralda considering the conversations we’ve had prior about being a woman of faith (this goes back to what I said before). Customer service skills suck, you never know what people are going through in their personal lives, try to have more respect when reaching out to people because you wouldn’t want people calling your phone with a nasty condescending attitude trying to argue. Kindness goes a long way and I’m not talking about the fake kindness to con people out of their title!
