  My problem isn't with the whole Pnc just this location. I'd been having problems with my online banking which Pnc online never helped me with. I was informed to go into my local branch and I would be helped. Now I am a local truck driver and I understand time. I walked into the branch at 435pm I needed printed out statements and to see about my online banking. The young man behind the counter helped me with statements and then informed me to wait for the bank manager to finish with another customer and she would help me. Okay this where it takes a twist. I really dislike using race but I feel that played a big part. The gentleman who the manager was servicing was her race and she took her time and assisted him when it was my turn to be serviced she look at her clock "451" and told then front counter receptionist to not turn back on his computer. About 30 seconds pass another gentleman apperears goes to the back the power only flickered in the office room we were in the manager looked at me like oh we are closed try somewhere else. Sorry excuse for a so called manager. No matter the time I came in during appropriate business hours and was brushed away.

  They made a frustrating process even more frustrating. I left and went to another branch.

  Let me start first by saying there needs to be more training done . I deposited a check on Friday , the young guy tells me it will be available next business day . I go to withdraw funds today after the funds have been verified and they say I have to wait 5 business days to withdraw the funds even though they are showing in my account . I called corporate and they told me they don’t understand why the aren’t allowing me to withdraw my funds and later says it’s up the the branch discretion - meaning the guy was just giving me an hard time. I will be taking my money out and changing banks cause PNC is not who you think they are. The Brazilian lady is the best they have there . There rest of them needs LOTS OF TRAINING !

  I was at a branch in Roswell Georgia to catch a $7300.00 check. They had less than that amount at the branch!?!?!? The associate called a branch on Mansell road and they said to send me there. I got there, ten minutes later, only to be told they did not have that much either. What a bank!
