- BNBradley NewkirkSep 15, 20251.0Let me start first by saying there needs to be more training done . I deposited a check on Friday , the young guy tells me it will be available next business day . I go to withdraw funds today after the funds have been verified and they say I have to wait 5 business days to withdraw the funds even though they are showing in my account . I called corporate and they told me they don’t understand why the aren’t allowing me to withdraw my funds and later says it’s up the the branch discretion - meaning the guy was just giving me an hard time. I will be taking my money out and changing banks cause PNC is not who you think they are. The Brazilian lady is the best they have there . There rest of them needs LOTS OF TRAINING !

The associate called a branch on Mansell road and they said to send me there. I got there, ten minutes later, only to be told they did not have that much either. What a bank!
