I just heard her again talk with this older couple and they said she was rude. This location use to be nice. Theirs only two staff here now. Needs help. I just got skipped and she went to someone else. I’m leaving this place and reporting them too corporate.

In that time 2 employees walked right past me and didn't say a word. No "I'll be right with you " Nothing. I closed my account today after 4 years because I found another bank that was willing to give me the checking & savings account I wanted. However, after 4 years of being a PNC customer they refused. I will never be back & and those 2 employees, one by the name of Adam in the far back corner on the right should learn customer service skills. You NEED to greet the customer buddy. No longer a PNC customer and I'm happy about it ✌️
