  Man, I don't know where to start. I deal with soooooo many companies and different businesses in my job as a service writer at a 30,000 square foot diesel repair shop. I deal with aftermarket warranty companies, insurance companies, parts suppliers, manufacturers etc. I have become so used to people just being complacent, and acting like they are miserable at their jobs. Horrible customer service is normal for me, I simply don't expect it anymore. So when I got backed into a corner and was forced to get our shop setup with Enterprise Fleet Maintenance by one of our fleet accounts. I was going into it expecting to get the run around. Instead, from the very get go, trying to setup a new account, I got stumped and had to call in for some help. The young lady I got on the other end of the line was so unbelievably sweet and kind and caring, I knew this wasn't your normal miserable corporate environment. So I got the account setup, and then had some issues filling out an RO, I called in and another young lady helped me. Once again unbelievably kind and helpful. I got the RO submitted and let our customer know we were waiting on payment before they could come get their vehicle. Not five minutes later a guy called me from Enterprise and said all of our prices looked great, he had a question about labor I had entered on the serpentine belt, I had an hour and his book time only called for .5 hours, and he was correct. He simply didn't know that we had reinstalled the original belt after replacing the entire engine, just to find it was squealing. So we actually had a full hour into installing two belts. He approved it and sent everything through, I was expecting this to take days, I was expecting someone to call, nickle and diming me on prices. I was expecting to jump through hoops and send ten different emails back and fourth. This system is amazing, the people on the other end are amazing, and the company is a delight to do business with. The RO was approved on a Friday, I wasn't expecting payment until later in the following week. I walked in Monday morning to the customer calling to see if they could get their truck. I told him we had been approved for payment, but hadn't received it yet. I made one call, talked to Kirk at Enterprise, sounded like an older gentlemen. Late 40's early 50's the dude talked to me like we had been life long friends, what the heck is going on over there. I explained to Kirk our customer's situation and that they needed the service truck back ASAP, the driver had been out of work for a week while we ordered and installed a whole new engine in his truck. Kirk assured me the he was going to get us paid within the hour, and he did it. I can't say enough good about this company, I highly recommend all repair shops to them.
