I was told my payment would be $1,000 a month, and I told the store manager dawn I couldn't pay that amount per month. She started whispering and trying to talk under the cameras in the store, saying not to say it out loud because she couldn't be heard saying she would work with me if I could pay what I could until I picked my title back up during tax season. When I called to make a payment, she had an attitude and refused my payment because she was in front of another employee at the store and started saying she didn't tell me this. I said yes, you did, and you are on the store camera. She was like, 'Are you calling me a liar?' and I said, 'Yes, because cameras don't lie!' She was trying to cover herself. I even spoke with the man who's over all of these stores, and he said he was pulling the cameras, and if he did, he would have seen where she was doing this, so unprofessional. Then he said he would call me back and never did. I'm going to call a couple of attorneys because this is not right, and I have proof I was conned into signing this loan because I was lied to! this is poor business and very unprofessional, and it put my vehicle in jeopardy. If you need to pawn your title this is the last place I would go so unprofessional not even corporate office is professional and I guess they think they're going to get my vehicle but not hardly because I will put up a fight in court and show proof of how I was lied to and I will hire an attorney! I will pay what I can afford, and I will be picking my title up after next month and I will never do business here again.
