  I came in to this location on 2/12/2026 Ms. Shaqualla was very professional and very helpful I was in and out I told her what I needed and I got it and I told her that I’ll be back before the first payment is due and I was 2/26/2026. I will be back if I need to but if yall want to do a tittle pawn this the place with all seriousness. The office was clean and decorated.

  As I Came in on 2/13/26 to pawn my Title. Shaqualla greeting me very professionally and in good spirits. I wasn’t sure that they would give me anything but she encouraged me to still try. I’m so glad she did! They offered me the amount that I was asking for. One thing I love the most is that they give you MONTHS to pay your loan off. Not 30 days like other companies. She was very nice, understanding and informative. I would definitely recommend you all to try here. Thanks again Shaqualla!!!

  I truly love and recommend this location!! The compassion in the their customer service is UNMATCHED! Ive dealt with several staff members here with great professionalism and respectful interactions. I would like to personally shout out Ms. Tanya and Ms. Shaqualla! These two women are above the standard of customer service. Please come here for your loan needs.
