- KGKim GoldenJan 1, 20261.0I have been in the hospital intubated for nearly a month and my husband was by my side constantly. The payment was late because I pay the bills and he had no clue. You people called and harassed him several times a day being extremely nasty! This is not what customer service is about! We will be refinancing to get away from the terrible customer service there! I will also make sure no one I know uses you in the future!

The ladies at this branch were so helpful with getting my questions answered and my needs taken care of. For some people (who do not use PNC) going to the bank is a dreaded task but for me it’s the total opposite. I love my bank and I LOVE my branch!! Thank you ladies!!
