- MMMorganDec 1, 20251.0Apparently only has ONE teller that can make change, and you better hope they aren’t busy! Got directed to “try next door” (at Sprouts) or go to a different PNC Bank.
- LTli tAug 26, 20251.0It all started since past couple of year, PNC's customer service is getting worse and worse, they constantly short of staff, changing staff, and some comom banking like wire funds or open account only one or two staff can handle. Today, I have to go to three branches, wasted over an hour to find a branch with manager onsite to complete wire. And I had been with PNC more than 15 years. Sad to see the service quality down to the hill! Be fair, all banking service were down to the bottom since Pandemic, some improved, others still think they can get by with minimal customer service.
