But apparently you can't make an appointment without divulging personal information. Don't like how this was handled at all. I don't have a problem giving my social when I get there but giving my social out just to make an appointment seems a bit sketchy.

However things have changed and everyone inside this location is extremely nice and always willing to help me out with anything I need. I recommend this location and the Thomas Crossroads location, both are really nice.

If all PNC banks staffed their locations with people as qualified as this branch I am certain PNC would rise to the top. Special thanks to Timothy Hold for above and beyond services when I really needed assistance. In a time when some banks loose the personal touch I have to say this branch never forgot how to serve a customer. Thanks
