- HDHeather DanielDec 2, 20251.0Came in today to get resolution on my account that had been hacked. Paulette Sookhai the assistant manager, was absolutely the rudest, most condescending, unhelpful, snotty and unhelpful person I have ever met in my ten years banking with PNC. I am absolutely flabbergasted at the level of lack of customer service that I was given by her. If you want good customer service, sadly, I would suggest not coming to this branch at all. The other people were quite delightful, but she ruins it for everyone. She has no business being in customer service. Not only that, but when I was trying to get a resolution over the phone with someone while I was in her office, she purposely placed her computer inches away from my face and would not give me any personal space at all. She had a whole nother side of the desk that she could have used, but she chose to crowd me as a way to intimidate me or make me feel uncomfortable. Again?I would not come here simply because she ruins it for the entire group! Unbelievable!!
