The member that I was talking with did not say no she said uh uh Which I believe is very unprofessional. Right now I’m a very unhappy member of PNC bank. Not just because they could not stop the payment, but because of the way she responded was so unnerving to me.

I’m not sure if they are under staffed or just have no since of urgency. I keep hitting the call button so that I can just get my card and license back and nobody seems to be responding. I’ve been in line for 30 minutes at this point. If I have to go in to get my card im going to be extremely pissed.
