- BWBetty Wooldridge3 days ago1.0I called this location and was asking about having a stop payment On a pending transaction. The member that I was talking with did not say no she said uh uh Which I believe is very unprofessional. Right now I’m a very unhappy member of PNC bank. Not just because they could not stop the payment, but because of the way she responded was so unnerving to me.

I was immediately helped. Opened a new account I was in and out in about 30 minutes if that long. I received nothing but professional care. Thanks Ms. Cheryl. You are the best.07/31/25
- TTTesa Tiara TvFeb 24, 20241.0This is the worst bank that I’ve been to. I’m currently in line and the wait is ridiculous. Mind you I’m at the drive in part and we’re at a complete stand still. I’m not sure if they are under staffed or just have no since of urgency. I keep hitting the call button so that I can just get my card and license back and nobody seems to be responding. I’ve been in line for 30 minutes at this point. If I have to go in to get my card im going to be extremely pissed.
