After over 7 years of being a costumer, I left today with a sour flavor. Got married and changed my name. Went today to update my information and got a little bit of attitude after asking to add two last names instead of one. I know that two last names are not usual in America, but if you are working with hispanic costumers you should be more informed and knowledgeable in general on how putting the names incorrectly in the system can affect in the future. I was not trying to be difficult, just want to make sure that my name is recorded correctly or to some acceptable estandards to prevent future identification problems. I had additional questions to make. I am in the market looking for houses, want to increase my credit line, etc., but I left without answers; feeling that I shouldn't do more questions.
She did look for alternatives, she tried to be patient, but the use of words and some entonations made me feel the way I described above. This is business and as a business I need to ensure that my business is taken care of correctly and a entity as important as this bank should understand and facilitate this.
I work with costumers and paperwork in a daily basis. I know the importance of answering questions and giving peace of mind to the costumers by knowing that what I am doing is the best and correct alternative out there for them.

Very bad service at this particular bank. I'm not sure how it is at other locations. The ATM machine works very poorly as well. Don't load your cash there.

The tellers are rude. Not welcoming at all. Seems to always be mad. Don't bank here. The attitudes they have and making appointments because of short staff is not worth it.
