  Thank you Christie at JAM Bonding! Needing to bond a loved one out of fun places such as Henry County can be a miserable experience..... as we all know the staff gets in no hurry, heck it's an act of congress just to get thru to a person or a voicemail box that isn't full.... But CHRISTIE at JAM Bonding has the patience of an angel and earned my business (which I hope to not need her again... but if I ever do.....) and MORE importantly my she earned my respect and referral to anyone in a situation where you need to use a bonding company. JAM was the ONLY Bonding company to quote 10% and again, MORE IMPORTANTLY ....the customer service. Christie is your woman! She did everything she said she would including calling to let me know when the incredible clock started for the release process. (Henry County is extra special). Thank you again Christie and JAM Bonding!

  Ms Joni Duffey went above and beyond! She made the process very simple, and never acted as though we were an inconvenience to her.(as other bail companies have) I highly recommend this company! Thank you so much for your care and concern Ms Joni!

  Gwen was a gem. So many times people can be rude and impatient. Gwen was neither. She treated me like a customer instead of a nuisance. She was very informative and patient when I needed information repeated or explained. She was prompt with getting over to the jail to sign the release. Thanks Gwen!
