**The Branch Staff Are Wonderful — But My Experience With PNC as a Bank Has Been Infuriating**
I need to make something absolutely clear: the employees at my local PNC branch are incredible people. They work hard, they care, and they tried everything they could. My frustration is NOT with them.
My frustration is with PNC as a bank — and the way they handled my situation has left me angry, stressed, and honestly shocked.
I discovered fraudulent charges on my business account. I did exactly what a responsible customer is supposed to do and reported everything within the proper timeframe. And what did I get in return? Rejection. Over and over. Every call PNC was just another cold, emotionless “Your claim is denied,” with no real explanation, no help, and no sense that they even cared what happened to my money or my business.
It felt like shouting into a void. It felt like they were treating me as if my problem didn’t matter. And as a loyal business customer, that is heartbreaking and infuriating. Absolutely disgusting policies.
The branch staff deserve praise — but the bank’s handling of my situation made me feel completely unprotected and dismissed. Based on my experience, I’ve lost trust in PNC and would warn others to be extremely careful.
