- EWElizabeth WexlerMay 23, 20171.0I attempted to close a business account 8 times with no success. Due to pregnancy complications I was unable to open my business. I went into this branch a total of 5 times (3 times while pregnant) in an attempt to close my account and get reimbursed. All five times they were either unavailable, computers down, or had an excuse why they could not close my account. I spent hours over the phone 3 separate times trying to get it taken care of as well. Now, almost a year later, this branch will not reimburse me because they claim it was not a fault of theirs. Horrible customer service and they do not return phone calls. If there was an option to leave zero stars, I would.
