During the 1 hour commute I received a notice that our appointment had been cancelled , 10 minutes prior to our appointment! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. What a waste of my time!! The part that makes me even more upset is that there was no explanation as to why it was cancelled. Unhappy does not even begin to explain it!!
