I am a US citizen, and the staff appears to doubt of it, also doubt about my credentials. Staff like this appears not to trust government documents. I will not use this bank again and will not recommend to no body.

So I went in to make some change ams check them out. they told me sorry. We don’t make change for people that don’t have an account. Well. This will not be my new local bank.
