Waited 15min for any kind of service. There are no tellers, and no drive thru. You have to wait to be called to an office to make a simple transaction. This newly imagined banking is awful, if your going to take away, the drive thru service and tellers, at least have enough staff to hand the increased walk in services you are forcing on your customers. I will never recommend this bank to anyone!!
