She usually does her banking within the PNC student app. However, this week she needed to make a deposit. She walked into the bank with over $600 in ones and change. The teller, Monica Brooks, took the time to explain how to complete the deposits and how to check for errors. I've given this speech before the visit and was sure she could do it on her own. But as soon as she approached the window, all was lost! I'm thankful for Ms. Brook’s patience with my daughter. She didn't have to take the time to calm her down, but she did. I'm sincerely grateful. Kudos to you Ms. Brooks and the employees at the Jonesboro, GA Branch.
