- RKRobert KingSep 8, 20192.0The people in side the branch are great and very helpful. However, I use the ATM more often than the tellers as I work in the service industry and hold odd hours. I've never been able to make an ATM transaction at this branch. I've tried using it 3 times over the last few months. 1st time it was completely out of service, the next it was out of money, than today It was not allowing deposits. I'm done trying to use this branch which is too bad because it's the only location remotely close to home. May have to switch to a more convenient bank.

The customer service between Debbie and Sharron is outstanding and even the tellers are great. If you call them, you get someone on the phone if you press 3. They always answer. If you have any questions and they will answer them on the spot and if they can't, they'll find out the answer for you. They always try to work with you and your situation, and even the customer service line is fantastic.
