She spent over three hours with me to fill the Form 3115 and prepare the necessary documents to file the form. She helped me to prepare all necessary documents and double check the file I prepared next day. After the second appointment, she called me back again because I forgot one more form in the file. Some CPA will charge at least $600 for just preparing the form 3115.
